We like to Rock!

Ok it’s still hot here, just in case you are wondering. Today I got up late as I had a flight yesterday and didn’t make it to bed till about 0400. I just ate a lovely lunch and now I will tell you about yesterdays mission.

The flight was a lot of fun, it was a medical evacuation/transport flight. The medical crew were pretty fun, they liked the fact that we played music over the loud speaker in the back for them during the on and off loading of the patients. They didn’t like the fact that our plane broke and they had to transfer all of their equipment over to a new plane half way through the day.

The weather was also getting a little dusty out there so we had to use some instrument approaches to get into the fields that we were going to. Over all we had a lot of fun and I think that everyone being happy makes the day that much better and I know that the patients on the litters really liked the music and happy atmosphere as they commented on it.

Just glad that I get to do some good and keep the big blue ball turning.

Today we are wing standby and as such tied to our rooms for the moment, this is good as I have some email to catch up to, takes for sending it and keep it coming!
