More fun in the sun

Just a quick note, I was forced by my crew to sign up on facebook.com and wow it is pretty neat, it seems like the world is on there! But more on that later.

I had an awesome flight today, I went to 2 new fields in Iraq! I haven’t been to a new field in Iraq in literally years! These just opened up and one of them was where I did an airdrop this summer. They are both very remote and well… let’s just say a lot more fun to get into because they even tell me to buzz the field to make sure there are no sheep or goats on the field =) Yea crazy!

We also carried Ginger Cruz the Deputy IG for Iraq (google her she is cute and has had a lot of interesting jobs too). She was awesome, we chatted for about an hour before we found out she was the IG and a 2 star equivalent… woops But she was really cool. She spent a long time in Guam and we talk about a lot of stuff. Glad that there are still people high up in the ranks that still have a sense of humor.

Ok well just showered cause I stunk after the flight/gym and now I need to crash as I get to fly again tomorrow, yep lots of flying but hey that’s what I am here for! Aloha!

Ps this took over an hour to get online, I want faster internet!!!
