So after my little trip to the ER this morning (check my other blog for more info) I headed up to Casper WY to see a Monster Truck Rally!!! Jared drove so that was nice not to have to drive the 2.5 hours up there and it was nice to have company in the car for a change.
I think Gravity hill really messed Chris up...
Once we got to Casper we took Chris to Gravity hill and then headed to Amy’s house for a few beverages before the main event.
A shark tried to eat me outside of Stanford’s, a pretty cool eatery, get it....

All ready for the main event
Now for the Monster Trucks! Well in all honesty they were pretty disappointing… I mean they races about 25 yards and well didn’t do much in the tiny arena =( But the Motor cross was a blast to watch. They had everywhere from 5-6 year olds racing to others that called themselves “professionals” . After an evening sucking the exhaust of all the trucks and such we decided that we really needed to wash that bad taste out of our mouths by having a few drinks at the Beacon.
I think all of News 13 was there so it was fun to see Brendon and all of his crew get silly drunk. I felt bad for them so I joined in and tried to make a fool of myself too =)~
This was a close race but watch the video below to see how long the track is

This guy won the night, I think because he crashed they let him win.
This morning we drove back after an awesome breakfast at Eggington’s. I really enjoyed the breakfast a lot more then the 2.5 hour drive home but that too eventually ended. I spent the remainder of the day working on the plane and ordering filters for the HVAC and a backup ignitor for the furnace.
OK I am going to try and get some sleep tonight, have a good one.
